Who we are

Hexus is a daily number puzzle game run by Alex O'Keeffe, trading as Hexus ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@hexuspuzzle.com.

Using Hexus

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be old enough to agree to a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.

Free and paid access

Today's puzzle is free. A paid membership unlocks the archive, full statistics and dated puzzles. We may change what is free and what is paid, but we will not remove access you have already paid for during the period you paid for.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Subscriptions and payment

Memberships are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. Our payment partner, Paddle.com, is the seller of record. It takes payment, charges tax and issues receipts. Paddle's checkout buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link on your Account page. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not copy the puzzle archive in bulk, attack or overload the service, try to get into other people's accounts, or resell access.

Our content

The puzzles, design and code are ours. You may play and share your results. You may not copy or republish the puzzles beyond that.

Availability

We aim to keep Hexus running every day, but we do not promise it will never be down or error free. We may change or stop the service. If we stop a paid service, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

Liability

Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and tell paying members by email if a change affects them materially. Questions go to support@hexuspuzzle.com.
